This was posted before but the link was dead so I am adding this again but with valid links.
This is a theme for Firefox 3 that looks like Aero from Windows Vista.

To Install:
1. Do not extract the download
2. Open the folder the download is located in
3. In Firefox go to Tools>>Add-ons>>Themes
4. Drag the download on the themes box
5. You should see an installation
6. Restart Firefox
